The above price applies as long as the boiler is in working condition, and not experiencing any technical issues.

The pricing does not include any materials, and commercial pricing will vary and is available upon request.

  I have a warm air unit for my heating. For many years I used British Gas on an annual contract. In addition to being expensive they kept cancelling service appointments.   Smartheat plumbing came to our property last month to update our water cylinder from a non pressurised to a pressurised   Our hot water pressure was terrible and always had been.  But now it’s fantastic.  The workmen were here nearly 12 hours and worked constantly to get the job done.
